General SEPA information
With the official SEPA direct debit procedure you enable us to debit the membership fee safely and conveniently from your account.

I hereby authorize the non-profit association SunHelp International e.V. to collect recurring payments from my account by direct debit. At the same time, I instruct my bank to redeem the direct debits drawn by SunHelp International e.V. on my account.
Notice: I can request reimbursement of the debited amount within eight weeks, starting with the debit date. Applicable in this regard by the contract with my bank conditions.
FREQUENT MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
A membership at SunHelp normally costs 30€ per year. A family fee of €50 can also be chosen for two or more people. Pupils and students receive a reduced fee of only €20 per year.

Yes, the annual membership fee is tax deductible.
Our registered association is recognized as a non-profit organization and exempt from corporate and trade tax. Once a year you will receive a donation receipt as a PDF file by email from us.
Important: We need your postal address to fill out the donation receipt! You can send it via email: info@sunhelp.de
As a member of our non-profit association, you have no obligations. According to the regulation in §4 paragraph 1b of our statutes, you are considered an official supporting member without obligations.
If you would like to support our work beyond that (e.g. through fundraising campaigns, helpful contacts or creative solutions), please send us an email with your ideas. We look forward to hearing from you!
Yes. A membership with SunHelp e.V. does not end after one year but is automatically renewed unless you cancel it in between. It is therefore not a problem to only take on a membership once for 12 months - every support is valuable and counts!
A membership can be terminated or revoked at the end of a calendar month with a notice period of two weeks (see §4 paragraph 5 of our association statutes). An informal e-mail to info@sunhelp.de is sufficient - no reasons need to be given.
If you want to resume membership at a later date, a short message by e-mail is sufficient.
Absolutely!
We attach great importance to data protection and the secure transmission of your information. Our website uses the secure hypertext transfer protocol ("HTTPS") and encrypts all confidential data (IBAN, e-mail address...).
Your information will therefore be transmitted to us securely and will never be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
